As the sun sets on the Spanish landscape, it is time for tapas!
Tapas is an abstract game that captures the essence of Spanish tapas culture in a strategic battle between two players. The game is set on a vibrant board adorned with thick and colourful tiles representing two different tapas dishes: the spice Japapenos and the crunchy Croquetas.
Your objective is to strategically place your Tapas on the board to strategically push away your opponent's Tapas. But be careful not the delight your opponent with your own Tapas by mistake...
HOW TO PLAY:
The board must first be set up according to the rules. Once done, each player takes turns playing one of their Tapas. The Tapas in question must enter the board by pushing an opposing Tapas (whatever its value), such that your Tapas is sitting where the opposing Tapas was once located. Once on the board, your Tapas can move as many spaces as its value states, pushing any Tapas that may be in its path.
If your Tapas pushes an opposing Tapas off the board, you collect the Tapas.
As soon as each player has played their 10 Tapas, points are determined by counting the value of each Tapas that players have collected. The player with the highest total wins.
