This truly exquisite work of art from Visconti is the Alexander the Great Limited Edition. The pen has a cylindrical shape with each end tapering into sections that will remind you of Green columns. The barrel and the cap cap feature the map of Alexander the Great's empire which was created with the scrimshaw technique and coloured. All fittings are made from aged bronze and feature typical Greek decorations. On the central ring, you'll fine "Alexander the Great" inscribed to it and on the bronze band of the shaft, there is a gilded silver plate with a depiction of Alexander's face. The clip pays homage to the Macedonian phalanx and is shaped like a spear and displays a gilded silver shield resembling the sun, Alexander's family crest.  The body is oversized, made from a mixture of resin and bronze.
