Les Olivades is today the only French fabric company that still produces the 'Indian' inspired Provincial fabrics, that became popular in the French Court during the 17th Century. Les Olivades began in 1818 and has been owned by the same family since 1948. The factory and production are located in a small village in France, and although printing techniques have been modernised over the years, each roll of fabric is still largely printed by hand. A true artisan product.
