Japanese hand-made timber bowl. This Cherry timber bowl has detailed and interesting grain through it, but it is subtle due to the light colour.

The timber for these bowls has all been carefully selected to achieve the most interesting effects. They are distinctly hand-made, with assymetrical shapes, and natural wood grains and knots. The finish on the timber is smooth like velvet, so they are as tactile as they are visually appealing. They are finished with Canola oil.


Size:70mm H x 220mm diameter at top.

Care: Wash gently with warm water and mild soap, no scourers.  Do not place in dishwasher or microwave. Do not put strongly coloured foods or liquids (i.e. beetroot/red wine/curry powder) in the bowl, as it may stain them.
