Block Hugger headers are sold as a univesal fit by a lot of companies with varying degrees of quality.  The problem is that these universal fit block huggers don't really fit much at all, as you have probably found if you have bought a pair.  However all is not lost because if it is only one pipe that needs clearance, then they may be able to be modified to suit your application. And in that instance it can still be cost effective to use them rather than starting from scratch.

Quite often where the exit flange sits, is just in the wrong place, for example they quite often empty out directly over the front chassis cross member making it impossible to get a bend in.  The examples in the photos show you how they can be altered for the budget minded. All this type of work is done at an hourly rate and typically we need the car, unless you can provide an accurate drawing.  Price is indicative only.
