Method of Preaparation
1. In a kettle or pot bring fresh, cold water to a boil.
2. Preheat a teapot: Fill with boiling water & drain.
3. In the preheated teapot place 1-2 heaping teaspoons of tea leaves & add boiling water.
4. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and serve.

2. Préchauffez la théière (ou tisanière) en la remplissant d'eau bouillante. Laissez reposer un moment et videz.
