Home sweet home! Bells or windchimes, called "Furin" in Japanese, are a big tradition in summertime Japan. They provide a calm respite on balmy summer evenings, after the heat and stress of the day.

These bells are handmade from brass which gives the clearest sound. The craftsmen use techniques aquired from producing Buddhist altar fittings and bells to scare off bears!
