Part# AS0012 - AussieSpeed. Small port, open plenum 4 barrel manifold to suit Ford EA to AU 4.0 alloy head, overhead camshaft 6 cylinder engines as used in late model Ford Falcon, Fairmont, Futura, Fairlane. How cool is this, don't know anything about fuel injection? so what, toss it all away and bolt one of these on with a 4 barrel carbie onto late model overhead cam Ford sixes.  You can pick these sixes up for 'nix' now from the motor wreckers, however fitting the electronics to an early body is a PIA. This solves the problem, all you need to do then is get a distributor to suit, that came out on some of these model engines, run an MSD or similar ignition module that controls the spark advance and you are away. This is hot rodding at it's best, these engines are cheap and plentiful. A novice, yet persitent car modifier can do it, this manifold will work well on street/strip naturally aspirated engines with it's open plenum and wide entry into small port runners sized to match the head ports, with a good street cam it gives a high air speed at idle and low rpm, which makes camshaft selection a little more forgiving for the home mechanic and a good streetable package.
 
Now to keep it really simple you may want to run a manual gearbox because the automatic in late model Fords is also computer controlled.
